Returns
Returns are allowed for new, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving in-store orders or the date of delivery for online orders. This applies only for exchanges or store credit. Items should be returned in their initial, unused state with the manufacturer's packaging intact. Ensure items are properly packaged as a restocking fee may apply if they aren't received in good condition. All shipping costs, including return shipment, are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Items on sale, furniture and lighting are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. They are sold as-is. Note that sale items on our website are final and ineligible for refunds or store credit. Furniture pieces are unique and cannot be returned or exchanged; related delivery costs aren't refundable.
Exchanges will have extra shipping fees. No returns are accepted beyond the 7 day period from the order's receipt or online delivery date.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we'll assess and replace them on an individual basis. Retain all items and their packaging, as we'll need photos for our review. Report any damages within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered.
