When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is received please allow our logistics team 3-10 days to prepare and pack your order. Tracking will be sent to you once shipped. Furniture and sculptures are custom made and can take up to 45 days to produce.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse's in The USA or our international warehouse in ASIA. These orders will be shipped using DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS or other local services. Furniture and sculptures are shipped by rail or sea.

When will my I receive my order?

Once your order is shipped you should receive it within 10 days. Furniture and sculptures can take up to 45 days to reach the destination.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to the destination country and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

All orders to The USA include the corresponding fees in the price, so you should not worry about anything.
